the hotel was spotless, the rooms were well-equipped and nicely decorated with amazing views. the location was incredible and particularly good, just off downtown and the centre of tatranská lomnica and the train station. it also was in the tatra mountains.

The staff greeted us with a smile and were ready to help. the breakfast was very good with cheese, coffee/tea, and different pastries. - Our room was fantastic.

The hotel has outstandingly accommodating staff. the outstanding mountain views are perfect. - the amazing location and parking on the property are a definite bonus. - the pleasant restaurant for dinner adds to the overall experience.

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures - cozy and elegant with a rustic wooden cottage feel. The cleanliness was top-notch and the balconies provided a beautiful view of the nearby water stream. The location was perfect, with everything within a short walk, including the cable car station, grocery shops, restaurants. The breakfast, although limited in options, was of good quality and presentation, and the hotel's interior decor was impressive.

Although there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the database, such as the parking being inconvenient and an additional fee for the garage, and the variable staff experience, the positives of my stay far outweighed these minor inconveniences. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Conveniently located, just a short 10-15 minute stroll to Bobsled. Not too far from the airport either, around 20 km. the restaurant on site was a winner for dinner – we both had amazing dishes 🍽️.

The mountain view from our room was mind-blowing, and the room itself was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. The bed was super comfortable, and we were thrilled that treats and bowls were provided for our dog. The spa was a jaw-dropping experience, with an amazing whirlpool outside that had a stunning mountain view. We loved that we could reserve the spa for private use, it felt like a luxury. The restaurant at the hotel was perfect and served surprisingly great coffee, which is pretty unique in this area. The on-site car park was a luxury, with plenty of free parking slots and the option to park right in front of the entrance, making it easy to carry our luggage. The interior of the hotel and our room were incredibly cozy and comfy, with a spacious bathroom and shower. The receptionists were supernice, and the breakfast was tasty and quite rich. our stay was fantastic and we only wished we could have stayed longer.

That some of the facilities, such as the sauna and jacuzzi, required an additional fee for use. This came as a surprise, especially considering the price we had already paid for our stay.
